Asterbyte is a place where employees are valued, where people are encouraged to do their best, and supported. Everyone here has his/her own style and no one says or does anything “just because.” We have fun, but we also work hard as a team.
We are a growing family of professionals working together to bring delight to our clients and serve the community better. When we first started in 2015, we had just 4 members working for us! We are still here after all these years, and we have grown into a total of 50+ professionals.

Our leaders make sure that we have good communication within the team so that we can work together to achieve our goals. Our managers are very friendly and always willing to guide us on the importance of the tasks we work on. They also create a sense of purpose and belonging to motivate us to strive for more. They give us the best tips on how to improve our performance and to reach our goals.
- Positive Work Environment
Our company strives to make sure that everyone feels comfortable in their roles and gets equal opportunities for growth. There are deadlines and demands, employees with differing opinions, and projects that need to be completed. But, there’s always someone to talk to. We have friendly faces who are willing to lend a hand when you need it, and the atmosphere is always positive. In fact, this atmosphere of support and encouragement inside the office gives you a positive energy.
- Flexibility
We are not expected to come in at 9 AM and leave at 5 PM. We are allowed to choose any time of the day that works best for us. The main advantage of this arrangement is that it allows us to balance home and work life better. And, we are able to adapt our approach when we need to change something for the better.
- Promoting Growth
There are many opportunities to grow and learn new things. Every day there is something new to learn and new ways of doing things. We have mentoring programs, sessions to build effective communication skills, self-paced learning opportunities, and workshops to share knowledge and support advancement. We also conduct Hackathons in the organization which we use as a platform to increase professional creativity and self-expression by using the most innovative and modern technological solutions.
- Team-building
The main idea is that everyone should get along with each other. We organize a potluck, go out for lunch with the entire team, celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and festivals together, and go on weekend getaways to tourist spots. Team-Building activities strengthen the bond among the employees and also reduce the chances of conflicts.
